Hobsons are pleased to announce the merger with Malcolm Ellison Chartered Accountants in Newark

Hobsons has been established in Newark since 1984.

"Both Hobsons and Malcolm Ellison have a reputation for strength of the relationships they have with their clients and the quality of advice that they provide which has made the merger a perfect fit for both parties," said Monica Szolin-Jones, a partner in the Newark office of Hobsons.

Malcolm and Elaine are well known in and around Newark and have been committed to working closely within the business and wider community. Both are founder members of Newark Business Club, Elaine was the first chairman and is also a founder member of Women in Newark. Malcolm will become a partner in the new practice and Elaine will take a managerial role.

All the Malcolm Ellison staff will join with Hobsons staff at International House, Brunel Drive, Newark.
